Account Manager

The primary focus of this position is to sell credit, debit, check, and gift card processing solutions along with other merchant service products to regional and small businesses. The successful candidate for this outside sales position will possess the following skill set.

1. Proven sales skills by demonstrating a prior history of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets or other quotas as an outside Sales Consultant
2. Prior experience must demonstrate success through self-sourcing and consultative business-to-business selling of a complex suite of products and services
3. Proven ability to develop referral partners to assist in generating a lead base is preferred
4. Candidate will have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience
5. Effective written and oral communication skills are required along with an intermediate level of competence using MS Office suite, email, and the internet
6. Banking and/or bankcard industry experience is a plus!

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

1. Ability to generate new prospects via networking and referrals
2. Regular meetings with assigned bank partners to enhance product awareness and generate creative ideas to increase the frequency and quality of bank partner referrals
3. Ensure accurate, timely, and professional responses to all referrals and other merchant or bank partner inquiries
4. Develop and deliver concise and effective presentations to bank partners and prospective merchants
5. Appropriately pricing products and services
6. Provide field support to existing merchant customers
7. Participate in new product and sales skills training
8. Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned revenue target
9. Always representing the Payscape Advisors values of embodying the highest ethical standards and treating others with dignity and respect

Projected Earnings

1. Year 1- $70K+ uncapped
2. Year 2- $75-150k+ uncapped
3. Year 3- $250K+ uncapped
